These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bgk222 ("bgk222", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bgk222 website located at bgk222.com and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and all payment and account management features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bgk222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bgk222 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on your account. Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and bgk222 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bgk222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged 17 or below are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.

Age Verification

bgk222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, and particularly before processing a withdrawal request above the applicable threshold. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bgk222 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Responsible Gaming and Underage Protection

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent updates to your account is accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including the use of another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bgk222 Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same email address, same mobile number, same payment account (e.g., the same bKash or Nagad number), or the same device — are strictly prohibited. bgk222 employs automated systems to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bgk222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and consolidate or forfeit associated balances at its sole discretion.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bgk222 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bgk222 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bgk222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bgk222 operates a Know Your Customer process as part of its commitment to security and regulatory compliance. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic review. Standard KYC documents include a valid NID card or passport for identity verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or bKash/Nagad account statement for address verification. bgk222 will process KYC submissions in a timely manner and will communicate any issues or requirements clearly via your registered email address.

All deposits and withdrawals on bgk222 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bgk222 does not charge platform fees for standard deposit and withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which bgk222 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. bgk222 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Platform's payment information section. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. bgk222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

Funds and Account Balance

Your bgk222 account balance represents funds held on your behalf for the purpose of placing wagers on the Platform. bgk222 does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances may not be transferred to another player's account. If your account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, bgk222 reserves the right to treat the account as dormant. Dormant account management procedures will be communicated to the registered email address before any balance adjustment is made.

bgk222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, odds boosts, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting calendar. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion description, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins as specified in each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses have a validity period — unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements that expire within this period will be voided automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• bgk222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Bonus Abuse Policy

bgk222 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., betting on both outcomes of a market simultaneously); colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms; and providing false information to claim a bonus for which you are not eligible.

Where bgk222 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, bgk222 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the player's account without prior notice. Such determinations are made by bgk222 at its sole discretion.

All wagers placed on bgk222 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

Placing Wagers

A bet is confirmed only when bgk222 issues an explicit confirmation of acceptance (typically a bet slip confirmation with a unique reference number). Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. bgk222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious activity.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. bgk222 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits to players whose wagering patterns are identified as presenting unusual risk, without obligation to provide detailed reasons.

In-Play Betting

bgk222 offers in-play (live) betting on a wide range of sporting events, including BPL cricket, T20 international fixtures, and other live markets. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at time of confirmation apply, regardless of subsequent market movements. bgk222 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for any reason, including delays in receiving official event data.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

bgk222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including typographical errors, technical glitches, or data feed failures — even where the bet has already been confirmed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. bgk222 will exercise this right reasonably and will communicate clearly with affected players.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, fishing games, and bingo variants available on bgk222 are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game supplier. bgk222 acts as a distributor of these games and does not control their underlying logic. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed outcome and the result recorded by the game server, the server record takes precedence for settlement purposes.

bgk222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or unauthorised use of third-party payment accounts.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers as described in Section 5.
• Participation in, or suspected involvement in, match fixing, collusion, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games available on the Platform.
• Operating a duplicate account in violation of the single-account policy.
• Account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• Account holder is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits continued Platform access.
• Sustained inactivity as described in Section 4 (Dormant Accounts).
• bgk222 is required to do so by law, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.

Effect of Account Closure

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at bgk222's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., bgk222 ceasing to offer services in a particular region), any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to bgk222.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bgk222 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you are requesting account closure because of concerns about problem gambling, we encourage you to request a self-exclusion arrangement rather than a simple closure — self-exclusion provides additional protections including prevention of re-registration for a defined period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgk222's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

bgk222 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failures, Platform downtime, or interruption to betting markets.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from factors outside bgk222's reasonable control.
• Damages arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage.

Platform Availability

bgk222 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, natural events, government actions, and other factors outside bgk222's control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. bgk222 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.

Third-Party Services

The bgk222 Platform incorporates games, odds data, and payment services provided by third parties, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, bKash, and Nagad. bgk222 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of these third-party providers beyond what is reasonably within bgk222's control as the platform operator.
